    Dumb book!
    Basically all it says is, “In order to feel good don’t be sad.” NO KIDDING! UGH infuriating and a huge waste of money.

    It apparently is really really helpful. My wife actually wanted it, so she is currently reading it. It is only effective if you have a good attitude about it.

    Disappointed
    I really needed Burns’ therapy to be effective, so I read it, tried to take it to heart, and did the exercises diligently. Now, I just feel silly for having done the exercises.
